Lavender Honey 

Lavender  honey has a very light and creamy texture, flowery test.


Taking lavender honey with hot water and a slice of lemon is a great way to kick-start your day. It provides an energy boost that is much better for you than caffeine.


Apply a paste of warm olive oil, one tablespoon of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder before a bath. Keep it on for about 15 minutes before washing the hair.


Daily use of honey strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacteria and viral attacks. Honey contains various vitamins and iron. Constant use of honey strengths the white blood cells to fight bacteria and viral diseases.


Two tablespoons of lavender honey diluted in a glass of warm milk would calm you down, and will help to relax.


Combine one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of lavender honey in one glass of grapefruit juice. Drink one glass before each meal as an appetite suppressant. As another variant, you drink cup of hot water with mix of honey and vinegar before breakfast and at night before sleeping.
