Lavender Pancakes

2 eggs

1/2 cup caster sugar

pinch of salt

1 spoon of vanilla sugar

500ml milk

1  1/2 cups self-raising flour

1 tablespoon Culinary Lavender

Whisk together eggs and sugar, add flour and lavender. Whisk in milk until the mixture is think, but pourable. Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan over a medium heat and cook until golden color on each side.

​

Serve with ice-cream, clotted cream jam or (even better) Lavender Honey.
